She understands that dental treatment can be daunting and wants to explain everything that her patients need to know to put them at ease. Umara also carries out facial aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers and anti wrinkle treatments. This is yet another way she can restore her patients' confidence, which she feels is the most satisfying part of her job. Umara has also carried out dental treatment abroad for children in need with the charity Dental Aid Network. This combines her love for dentistry and travelling, and above all with helping people. Her research carried out here led to her first journal publication!
